Aerospace-grade simultaneous 5-axis envelopes — doubles current capacity.
Limpahan
Limpahan is one of the few Malaysian SMEs simultaneously holding UKAS AS9100D aerospace certification and shipping production-grade hydrogen infrastructure. Backed by MIDA Pioneer Status, partnered with PETRONAS, NanoMalaysia, MTDC, and UKM, and aligned with the national Hydrogen Economy Roadmap 2030.
National policy, sectoral demand, and operational discipline are aligning at the same shop floor in Kelantan.
Malaysia's Hydrogen Economy Roadmap 2030 needs domestic manufacturers to be real. Limpahan shipped Malaysia's first — and second — 1 MW PEM electrolyzer, has built two HyPEReactor deployments for NanoMalaysia, and runs a 6-phase plan from plates today to global hydrogen generation export by 2030.
UKAS-accredited AS9100D (SIRIM cert 0074) places Limpahan in the global aerospace supplier list. Active programmes with Airbus and ATR. A Mazak 5-axis multi-tasking machine is the East Coast's anchor 5-axis envelope — with 4 more 5-axis machines arriving Q3 2026.
Q3 2026: 2× Okuma V-series + 2× Brother SPEEDIO 5-axis machines + KUKA KR 10 robotics. Q1 2027: Heller pallet automation. The aerospace floor moves from one-off precision to high-mix, high-volume, lights-out 5-axis production.
The single biggest production-capacity jump in Limpahan's history — backed by an active MIDA Smart Automation Grant (May 2024) and aligned with the AS9100D aerospace pursuit.
5x simultaneous 5-axis machining envelopes. Plus first robotic cell. Plus pallet automation by Q1 2027 — full lights-out aerospace production.
Aerospace-grade simultaneous 5-axis envelopes — doubles current capacity.
High-speed compact 5-axis for high-mix semiconductor + medical lots.
Articulated industrial robot for material handling and machine tending.
Continuous-production pallet line — lights-out throughput.
Material government recognition across investment authority, science ministry, and standards body. The Pioneer Status alone represents a 5-year corporate income tax exemption.
The Green Hydrogen 10-Year Plan is both capability roadmap and investment thesis. Phase by phase, Limpahan moves up the value chain — from machining electrolyzer plates today to exporting full hydrogen generation systems by 2030.
PEMEL plates machined on the Kelantan floor.
Domestic platinum coating — eliminates imported coating dependency.
Full stack assembly of both proton and anion exchange platforms.
In-house MEA production — the catalytic core of every cell.
Turn-key hydrogen generation systems for Malaysian off-takers.
Export-ready hydrogen generation systems — regional exporter.
Investor enquiries, due diligence requests, partnership discussions, and government / GLC engagements are handled directly by Mr. Kamarul Hafiz Bin Mohamed.
Limpahan does not currently issue audited public reports. Material commercial and financial information is shared under NDA on a per-engagement basis. The fastest path is a direct call or email to the MD — he handles all early-stage IR conversations himself.
